"My Piano Technology web site uses the free template and I launched my web site after I conceived the free template concept. Recently, I added the String Covers e-commerce plugin and last week I sold a string cover for a $65.00 profit. At the beginning of the tuning, I told the customer about string covers, suggested that they go to my web site during the tuning, and at the end of the service call they gave me a check for a string cover. While I do not sell a lot of Piano Accessories from my web site, I usually sell more than enough every year to cover the cost of having a web site. The key is to remember that you have the Piano Accessories on your site when a client asks either in the home or on the phone. It's just like carrying catalogs except that you don't have to carry them. Even if the client does not buy, chances are that they will have a favorable impression of your web site and your value added services. Also, the internet now allows you to email your suppliers and have them drop ship to your customer."

I then worked on my "About Us" and "Referrals" and emailed this information which was updated at no extra charge.
